The Disney Area Executive villas are allocated upon arrival at the welcome centre. Each villa is within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World Resort, and only a short drive away from a range of restaurants and shopping facilities. With easy access to what you might need while away, it caters for everyone’s needs.
The villas offer modern and spacious floor plans, upgraded designed décor, modernized facilities and amenities ensure extra comfort. The new villas have the choice of 3, 4 or 5 rooms which can comfortably hold 8, 10 or 12 people making it great for groups of friends and families. The Superior houses are also fitted with various extras; these range from an extra living room or dining room, to extra TV’s, DVD or CD players. The villas also boast their own private swimming pools which are furnished with 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. Some of the villas are located in sub-divisions where guests will find children’s playgrounds, communal swimming pool, tennis or basketball courts, or even a clubhouse.
