Quotation process was great and Zach was super helpful. I would give 5 stars if you didn't have to manage via email rather than over emails. Price also increases from quote online, but was still cheaper than other package deals I found by a long way!

I did have some trouble getting through on the phone, but overall I would recommend Holiday Genie (so far!). I'll update my review again after our holiday if we experience any issues or positives!

The sales consultant Ranul dealt with my request for information. Ranul was quick to get back to me with my queries and found me a great holiday.
