HALCYON PALM
The 3-star Halcyon Palm is a quaint property in Holetown, Barbados. Found only a minutes’ walk away from the beach and only fifteen minutes away from the Sunset Crest Shopping Centre, there’s something for everyone within walking distance! Holetown’s beaches are beautiful stretches of sand running along the perfect blue water, namely Paynes Bay Beach, Sandy Lane Beach and Colony Club Beach, so there’s plenty of space to choose from! The Halcyon Palm is in a quiet neighbourhood of Holetown, making it a great base for you to enjoy the west coast of Barbados. A great variety of bars, restaurants and activities are all within range of the hotel, so you’ll be able to make the most of your stay. The Halcyon Palm also has its own outdoor pool, as well as maid service five days a week. If you don’t fancy cooking your own dinner, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy. There is a small restaurant on site, serving gourmet cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Holetown is also home to several restaurants, all within walking distance, should the onsite option not fit the bill. Holetown is a way away from the party nightlife of St Lawrence Gap, so the Halcyon Palm is perfect for couples or families looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Coupled with the property being relatively small (there are only 25 rooms), this is the ideal place to get away from it all and kick back with a glass of rum punch! The property itself has fantastic self-catering accommodations, with each apartment featuring balconies with garden views, cable TV and fully equipped kitchens (microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and cooking facilities). Other amenities include an ironing board, a hairdryer and wireless internet, which costs extra.
